In just a few weeks, the North Atlantic Treaty Organizationwill hold its annual summit in Chicago. It’s the first time the group, a political and military alliance of 28 member countries, has gathered in a U.S. city other than Washington.
Many Chicagoans are proud to play host, but others are jittery. Board members and managers of downtown residential high-rises are concerned about the safety and well-being of residents, employees and property.
